Update on Gregory Packs Media Coverage
Recent national coverage for Gregory included Backpacker Magazine, which gave the Baltoro an Editor’s Choice Hall of Fame Award in its Gear Guide. Backpacker also included a full-page advertisement featuring the JetStream LTS as well as reviewed the Serrac 45. Backcountry Magazine recognized the Inyo 35, Mountain Sports and Living profiled the Serrac 35, and the Muir 24 also got a review in Camping Life. On a regional level, Washington Trails, which goes to the membership of the Washington Trails Association in the Pacfic-Northwest, reviewed the Sungem. On the online front, Gear.com gave the Z65 a great review, while buzz.snow.com, Vail Resorts’ blog/social portal, covered the Dipsea and the Navarino.
Through and following the Outdoor Retailer trade show cycle, Gregory saw coverage of a number of its Spring 2011 packs, including the the Z40 in Sporting Goods Business, Outdoor USA’s coverage of the Jade 38 and Baltoro, the OR Daily’s highlight of the Baltoro, and Inside Outdoor’s write up of the Z40 and Jade 38. Looking ahead over coming months, keep an eye for more Gregory coverage in Backpacker’s Fall gear guide, Backcountry Magazine, Prevention, which is doing a feature on hiking, Outside Bozeman, Blue Ridge Outdoors, and Women’s Adventure, among others.
